DAMAGE CLAIMS and RETURNS

At Royal Print Box, we desire for complete satisfaction with your purchase. 

We have made every effort to provide the best online representation of the artwork. If you desire to purchase an 8x10 canvas or metal proof, please email and will reach out with details on placing that order. If exact color matching is critical for your design, we highly recommending ordering the sample proof to ensure the made to order reproduction meets your expectation of the quality and colors represented on your mobile device or computer monitor. Since we have offered all the tools upfront like product image magnification, product descriptions, and print samples to ensure that all factors for decision-making are clear, all sales from Royal Print Box are generally final unless deemed eligible for a return. Eligibility will be handled on a case by case basis so please email us if we have fallen short in our fulfilment of your order. Damage claims with supportive documentation of damage using photos taken within 7 calendar days of delivery will be submitted to the courier for evaluation and determination regarding coverage of loss.
