Don't forget to Deck The Halls!

Ever catch yourself singing or humming the melody of Deck The Halls around the holidays? It certainly stirs up a joy that seems to encapsulate the spirit of getting our homes ready for family and friends. Decorating the tree, hanging garland on mantels and doorways, and placing candles on window sills evokes a special time of year that these adorning elements welcome in. But after the holiday decorations are all packed away, is that catchy tune still ringing true? Does that feeling of wonder and beauty go away with the containers to the attic? If so, why not rethink the way you deck the halls all year round? Refresh and transform those overlooked pathways to your main living spaces into something that will make them sing! Here is one of our favorite hallway installations that we think accomplishes jaw-dropping beauty for every day of the year.

Interior Designer, Allison Smith of Greenville, South Carolina, envisioned a 100" wide triptych for her client's hallway. The mirrors and lighting were already in place, so they helped guide the artwork proportions and frame selection. We provided a digital mock-up with BEAUTY STILL that Allison could offer to her client for visual communication and approval. Needless to say, the client loved the end product / design and that made us sing for joy too!
